Car - Volvo - was great but not what I reserved. Strange location because there’s no signage at all in the entry to the car rental building or near the elevator banks. The lack of signage resulted in my being an hour late for my reservation. Additionally, during the interim period of my wandering the building looking for the location, I contacted Orbitz for assistance and their website which doesn’t show the local contact number. Additionally, they up sell you higher priced vehicles instead of just giving you the vehicle you requested initially.

I just made a reservation and read some information after that states all reservations are canceled 1 hour past the pick up time unless you call them. I cancel my reservation and booked with a larger company. I am assuming this 1 hour window is a way to charge you a higher rate if one shows up after the hour window. "Sorry your reservation has been canceled but you can book again at a much higher rate". I got enough to worry about these days while traveling so do not want to worry about tiring to get through to this company if my flight is late or I get delayed coming from the terminal. Sixt had a great rate but I pay a little more to go with a major brand.

The service was fine. I didn't get the vehicle I reserved. I didn't get the second choice of vehicle I reserved. The agent could tell I wasn't happy and offered a Cadillac for $9 more per day (after I told him I was going camping in the mountains with 4 friends).

He wasn't pushy, I just found it odd.

At the end, the vehicle they gave me was sufficient, just not as much room as we needed.

Another thing that was odd, there was a bumper sticker for a tattoo shop on the rear bumper. Why wouldn't that be removed between rentals?
